Great place, Horrific customer service
The house itself is great. It is just as pictured and in a great location. We walked to almost everything all weekend and it was very easy. Also most shuttles will come directly to the house if you need to do something outside of town.
The customer service for this place, however, was absolutely horrendous. Nobody responded to a single message we sent all weekend and when we called the property management number they told us they don’t have any authority to answer questions and that if the owner of the property doesn’t want to answer, then they don’t have to. To this day they still have not sent anything other than automated bot responses. I have asked multiple times about an expensive item that was left there and all I get are bot responses or the property management people essentially saying “too bad”.
It’s a shame such a nice property has to be tainted by such horrible customer service. If you don’t care about customer service, go ahead and stay here and you’ll enjoy the house just fine, but if you want to stay somewhere with good communication and service, as is typical with other house rental platforms, then this may not be the best pick for you.
