Overview

The Great Ocean Road Tour is best done over two days as so many attractions cannot be feasibly included in a day tour. This is a private tour for your group, only taken at your own pace with no rush.

The two-day experience means you have more stops and spend more time at stops without rushing. This has more stops than any other, and flexibility ensures you spend more time in your favourite spots.

This accommodates up to 7 passengers in a luxury modern Mercedes minivan. If you have children under 8, please message after booking, and child seat restraints will be provided to meet Australian safety requirements.

Accommodation is excluded as that gives you the flexibility to choose your preferred hotel in Lorne and sleeping arrangements. The vehicle has a large boot for luggage. Please message us with your hotel name for pickup after booking.

Great Ocean Road
  • 5h
We drive and stop along this scenic route with spectacular views of the ocean and hills on the other side, including driving through a magnificent rainforest.
Split Point Lighthouse
  • 20m
The Split Point Lighthouse is a must-see attraction and stands as a stunning sentinel on the Shipwreck Coast. Take a trip through maritime history and be amazed by this wild and dangerous coastline where hundreds of ships have crashed. There is an opportunity to climb up the lighthouse for an additional fee.
Great Ocean Road Memorial Archway

We make a quick stop here to learn about the history of the GOR Build and take photos under the Great Ocean Road sign
Teddy's Lookout
  • 20m
We climb up in Lorne for some of the best eys overlooking the ocean and the great ocean road below.
Erskine Falls
  • 30m
If you love waterfalls, this is a must-see, especially in the winter months after the rain.

Kennett River
  • 30m
We walk along this forest to spot the koala's in their natural habitat. Also common to see the King parrots as they search for food.
Apollo Bay
  • 15m
They call it 'paradise by the sea' for its natural beauty, and we will stop here for a quick coffee before heading into the rainforest.
Mait's Rest
  • 1h
We walk along the discovery trail filled with some of the oldest and tallest trees in the rainforest. The ferns will surely take your breath away with their natural beauty. If you are lucky, koala sightings are common.
Twelve Apostles
  • 45m
This collection of limestone stacks is a natural beauty on the shore of Port Campbell National Park. This is one of the most visited sites in Victoria. For a fee, you can enjoy a scenic helicopter flight over the apostles.
Loch Ard Gorge
  • 45m
The gorge is named after the clipper Loch Ard, shipwrecked on 1 June 1878 near the end of a three-month journey from England to Melbourne. Its natural beauty is, however, a work of art by nature. You will love it here.
London Bridge
  • 30m
The London Bridge, also called the London Arch, was formed over hundreds of years. The wind and sea eroded and separated it from the mainland. Before 1990, London Bridge had a walkway connecting the attraction to the mainland so visitors could park their cars and walk across the arches for incredible beach and ocean views.
The Grotto
  • 30m
Take the stairs down next to the car park into the grotto to see the unique limestone cave formed from the erosion of the rock. The cave includes sinkholes. Peer through the grotto for an amazing view of the sea.
