We took the Great Ocean Road and the Phillip Island trip with Mike! He is a great guy and one of the most knowledgeable and skilled drivers there is. He is also very friendly and could successfully drive us to both destinations. My parents from India were very happy with the information that Mike provided about the demographics of various suburbs and his socio-economic understanding of Australia and related suburbs. Both tours were excellent. We highly recommend Mike as the tour operator to take. He is the best there is!

Recently, I had the opportunity to embark on a day trip to 12 Apostles with driver MICK, and while the destination itself was breathtaking, my overall experience was marred by a couple of significant issues that I believe need to be addressed. I feel it is crucial for the tour operator to clarify these points during the booking process to avoid frustrations and misunderstandings for future travelers. Firstly, the seating arrangements on the tour were incredibly cramped. It was disappointing to find myself and my parents in uncomfortable seating throughout the journey that lasted 12 hours. I strongly urge the tour operator to consider providing more spacious and comfortable seating options, as this greatly impacts the enjoyment of the entire experience. Secondly, another significant challenge was the language barrier with the driver. Unfortunately, their English was difficult to understand, and it became increasingly frustrating when trying to grasp important keywords while describing the attractions we were passing by. It is vital for the tour operator to ensure that their drivers possess a good command of the English language, allowing them to effectively communicate with the diverse range of passengers on board. To my dismay, I also experienced an incident during the tour where racist taunts were directed towards Indian passengers. It was disheartening to be subjected to offensive comments such as "Indians come to Australia with fake driver's licenses." Such behavior is completely unacceptable, and I implore the tour operator to take immediate action to address and prevent any form of racial discrimination within their tours. Every passenger deserves to feel safe, respected, and included throughout their journey. In conclusion, while the tour's attractions were undoubtedly remarkable, the issues of cramped seats, language barrier, and racist taunts greatly affected my overall experience. I sincerely hope that the tour operator acknowledges and rectifies these shortcomings to ensure future travelers can enjoy their tours to the fullest.
