Bus was 25 minutes late. Could not hear speakers when bus was moving as engine noise was loud. Tried sitting under roof as well but no improvement. I feel they could invest some money and upgrade/ add more speakers to enjoy program. Did not even get a glimpse of the castle. Felt a bit misleading although we could have got off and walked up the road but we were not confident about when the next bus would come by as the first one was so late. Also did not get our tickets to the Bateman Center and that was a bit of a problem. On the positive side did enjoy being driven around so we could look at things. Would not recommend or do this again. Do
