The tour was amazing. Reservation and confirmation was smooth, no complains. Nancy is a great tour guide. She is making sure that everyone is safe. Shoutout to Jimmy whose the bus driver!! Man you are great and huge thank you for picking and dropping us off at Negril to Kingston. Huge thank you guys for the Jamaican hospitality :)

I like the actual museum it was really nice! The tour in a whole sucked. It was to long we were on the tour for over 10 hours. What they don’t tell you is you have to wait almost nine hour to eat and to bring a snack.

Well if we had the opportunity to do this tour I could proble give some feed back! Called to confirm, nothing but ignorance from the rep, try calling back 26 times with no answer. Finally getting through I was told he would call me back, nope no call!! Went to your representative at the resort again ignorance so we rebooked with a WestJet representative, so friendly, and she rebooked the nine mile tour instead.
