What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Drop off time for same day delivery is on or before 9:00am. Please drop off your luggage to hotel front desk. Airporter Driver will collect the luggage from Hotel Staff. You can pick up your items at your designated airport or hotel anytime after 4:00pm of the same day.
- If you need your items delivered before 4:00pm, please drop off your luggage one day in advance. The driver will collect your items before 9:00am of the previous day, and your luggage will be ready for pick up on the following day.
- For airport pick ups, failure to collect your items will result to a penalty of JPY1,000 per day for each luggage.
- Each piece of luggage cannot weigh more than 30kg, and the value of baggage must not exceed JPY100,000.
- If the luggage does not meet the size requirement and/or falls under the list of unaccepted items, it will be refused even if the booking is successful. The customer is responsible for all losses and any legal liabilities.
- Kindly reply us your email address, SNS ID, drop off and pick up time, and reply the name of your accommodation where the delivery driver can drop off your luggage.
- Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with the customer service. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility.
- A JPY100,000 worth of insurance is offered for damages resulting from the delivery process, delay of 24 hours or more, loss, and expenses related to damages; damage to luggage handle or wheel due to deterioration, accommodation charges, and airfare are not covered.
