Danilo was a great tour guide and a driver. We enjoy the tour but the traffic was bad and the AC bus wasn’t working so it was sooo HOT . We were dripping with sweat when we got out of the bus. Please check or bring your Bus for maintenance.

Stops were well timed and well placed. Antonio was a knowledgable driver. Aquarium was amazing and Monterey was lovely. Carmel was a bit overpriced would have preferred longer in Monterey

Absolutely the worst tour ever. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and booked this 11-12 hour beautiful coastal tour thru Monterey and Carmel . We were a few minutes early for the tour, however the tour guide Antonio assigned us separate seats at the beginning of the tour for reasons we couldn’t understand . Even after multiple complaints, he refused to seat us together and we spent our anniversary mostly sitting with strangers. Never again grayline tours . After further research, we’ve also discovered this company has poor reviews across the board. There is no common sense or curtesy with grayline tours
