What you can expect

Live a unique experience off the beaten tracks and travel back in time from the Stone Age to tle Middle ages…

Discover who was Cro Magnon, how was life during the ice age and learn the different paleolithic technologies used to make a fire, to light up in a cave and to paint.

Then follow your private guide into a real prehistoric cave with some of the oldest paintings found in the world (30.000 years old, i.e. 12.000 years before Lascaux) but also some of the most beautiful stalactites, stalagmites and columns.

After a scenic drive along the river, you will discover Beynac, one of the best preserved medieval castle in France. Your private guide will tell you the history of this magical place, from the kitchen of the castle to the seigniorial apartments. Then you will climb at the top of the keep where you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the Dordogne valley.

We offset our carbon emissions by planting trees in partnership with Reforest'Action.
