What you can expect
We start by warming up and tuning into our breathing. Each student works on their own Yoga Trapeze through a series of exercises and postures, starting by just holding the handles and gently supporting your weight in the grip. Yoga Trapeze provides an amazing opportunity for stretching, strengthening, and traction. Each move is simple and accessible to most students. The Yoga Trapeze can hold up to 300 lbs. Students will do some moves from the floor and some from with in the trapeze. There is no pressure to achieve any pose or move. Class is an extremely supportive environment for taking new risks and facing challenges.
