Any cancellations, credits for future use, or fees are at our travel partners' discretion. Unfortunately, we cannot waive their policies or fees. We will begin processing your request as soon as we can. We are prioritizing requests by travel date, and processing those with the nearest travel dates first. In some cases, we may not be able to respond until after your travel is scheduled to begin. No further action is required on your part, even if you don't hear from us right away.
