Clean hotel. Wasn’t aware that basically everything was under renovation. The restaurant and the bar are under renovation so there’s a small coffee area to order select items - wasn’t very good. The pool also didn’t have water in it: so was confused considering it’s May and not in usable condition. Front desk is great, rooms are cute. No issues there. Just a lot of money for a stay for things to not be working/open and didn’t know at booking.

Gave us the wrong room and poor service
The staff was not very helpful. We paid for a king bed on Hotels.com they gave us a queen. We spoke to them twice and they said when you book on Expedia they just give you whatever. We booked on hotels.com but didn’t matter what we paid for or what we reserved they would not accommodate us. They offered breakfast vouchers, but forgot when we walked downstairs to get them. The elevators can only be used with your key card, which isn’t a big deal except that the staff never mentioned it. Instead we went up and down endlessly until another guest told us. The other guest had the same experience.

The pool and outside patio/food truck was closed. We wouldve hung out there if it was open. There were adandoned scooters and homeless people along the creek out back.

Property is close to I-35. We had a lot of road noise making sleep difficult. We were on the 11th floor and still had lots of road noise.
