    Paradise found! Come relax and play at our awe-inspiring home on Lake Travis with panoramic, massive views over the lake. Take in brilliant sunsets as you relax in the tranquil hot tub on the back deck. This home is a secluded getaway with sweeping lake views, access to Lake Travis and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Austin. With empty lots on both sides, this quiet gem overlooks the vast lake from the back decks and balcony and from walls of windows in 2 master bedroom and living areas. Swim off the private dock, store your own boat or charter a sail boat ride.

    Boat dock status as of spring/summer 2024:
    We are fortunate to be located in the deepest part of Lake Travis. Our dock is still in the water with plenty of depth to dock a boat.

    The property has a series of spiral staircases and a long staircase down to the lake from the house. The staircase does not reach all the way to the dock because of the current lake level. Guests who are able to walk down the staircases to the dock would likely be able to cross the rocks between the staircase and the dock.     Had a great weekend stay for my bachelor party. Honestly could have spent the entire weekend at the house and on the dock. Great house, beautiful views. Katie was awesome and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice house on Lake Travis. Easy Uber/Lyft into Austin for nights out. 10/10

    The perfect weekend getaway!
    I cannot recommend this home enough! I spent the weekend there with friends and everyone was raving about how amazing it was. It was perfectly clean, the view was incredible, and it had all the accommodations you could ever need. Katie was very helpful and responsive. I would absolutely come back!

    The house was well stocked, very clean, and breathtaking when you first enter. Huge windows overlook the lake. Being near the dam, you get the undercurrent water from Lake Travis, which seems to be cooler and more pleasant than most of Lake Travis in the summer.

    Impeccable! Views stunning!
    My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous home with her two teenage grandkids and a six and a four-year-old grandkid, as we were visiting our son who works in San Antonio. Everything was immaculate. The views were outstanding!! The communication with Katie was superb. I’m not big on do overs for trips, but this is definitely a do over! Thank you for everything. Caveat: getting to the boat landing is adventurous and requires excellent motor skills… but worth the trip down.
