Staff were all polite and helpful. This is a no-frills hotel. No bell-hop. No kitchen on site, so no room service, but the room had a full size fridge, kitchen sink, 2-burner stovetop & microwave. Windows in room do not lock due to sloppy construction, so avoid staying on first floor. Poor sound-proofing, so avoid rooms on highway side & bring ear plugs. Recommend 4th floor to avoid additional noise from the floor above you.

They couldn’t find the confirmation number.. then they refused to give me a room because they said I was a “no show “. I was clearly standing there in front of them…. This hotel is fraudulent.. every one complained they over booked and charged for “no shows” to keep the money…

From the second we arrived, we were so happy! Easy parking, and the most kindest staff. Terry made us feel right at home, and gave us such great tips! Perfect distance from everything! Cannot wait to come back!

I seldom give 5-star reviews but THIS was a great stay for me. Modern room with a no non-sense approach, just the basics. No hairdryer or iron, but hey, bring your own! Staff was friendly and clean-looking. Clean environment without the cleaning “fumes” so many hotels at this price range have nowadays. If you are looking for good accommodations at a great price, this is it!
