The property is very out dated. The workers were pleasant. But the check in was horrible considering there was 3 people checking people in for multiple places and wait time to check in sucks. Location was great.

Hotel has many unnecessary hidden fees like an expensive daily cleaning fee which we did not need daily but was mandatory even though they didn’t clean the room at all during our stay. Tv remote was outdated with a new tv and couldn’t access what the tv had to offer. The Ac remote didn’t always work, the bathroom door was broken and got stuck every time it was even slightly closed, also the front door was always tricky to open and close. We had a kitchen but no kitchen supplies were given until we called and didn’t even provide a knife, their ice machine was broken the whole time, and upon check in and check out we heard many people demanding refunds so the over all stay just wasn’t it. I’d like a refund too it was ridiculous.

Paid for Oceanview and didn’t even get a Garden view had the view of the parking lot and the hallway. We rented with a full kitchen. None of the electrical outlets worked the stove didn’t work either I complained a maintenance man came said he would return with the electrician and the four days that I was there never saw anyone, there are no pots, pans or utensils. There are no cups plates. I stayed at this hotel about five years ago. They’ve remodeled the rooms a bit but five years ago was a lot better than it is today. The second room that I rented was also partial ocean view with a full kitchen. It brought a small refrigerator, no stove no sink nothing. When we were registering, they told us that someone had bought 24 hotels but if they’re all in that condition our famous, Miami Beach is not gonna have the same reputation that it used to have Where everyone wanted to stay. Our group consist of 12 people six couples and every room had an issue. We will never stay there again. The worst part is that when we went back to the office to complain about all the problems each room had we saw a lot of empty rooms asked them to change us and they told us they couldn’t. Being a long weekend and three of the couples being from out of town, we could not change hotels because the better hotels were all fully booked so we had no choice but to stay. We Have stayed in many different hotels and never had any problems as we did with this one. Would not recommend.

We totally understand we are vacationing during the Memorial Day weekend but this property is totally open to anyone walking by the beach. Drink, homeless and scary subjects are lying on the beach front seating area. All the units during this weekend where Latinos families playing very loud music and musical instruments u until 4 am for 3 nights. The pool is again open to anyone walking by. I personally cleaned it up for 20 minutes from all the long hair every morning until I realized loads of sweaty loco desperados use it has a personal bath. They charge me $340 usd a night for 4 nights for this property. They should have a huge disclaimer clause for people looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. Overpriced out of control property. I would not go back

Nice motel, horrible staff
The room was cozy & comfortable. The service was very bad. The very first day, checking in, the front desk service was beyond horrible. They were rude when answering the phone, they had so many hidden fees, they ignored me as a guest when asking questions about the hidden fees. They charged a cleaning fee for each night but my room was only cleaned once in my 5 day stay. The maintenance was more helpful than the staff at the front desk.
