The first girl that we talked with when we checked in was rude not friendly at all. Then we have been charged twice fkr our room and when we questioned it we were told oh one charge will drop off when your bank releases it. That is unacceptable. We should not have been charged this morning by Travelocity then charged again at check by the hotel.

Compassionate concern and care.
I was ill when we arrived in Jacksonville two hours before normal check in time. I needed to lie down to rest, so my wife asked if we could check in early. We were not only accommodated, but provided with bottled water and juice. After one night, we had to cut our visit off, rising at 5:00 am and heading home to Virginia. And we were not charged for our unused second night. Every staff member treated us with respect and compassion
