You get what you pay for, the tub was stopped up when we showered. The elevator was scary and jumpy. but besides that, it was clean, and i felt safe. Staff was pleasant with me. breakfast was bagged, muffins a danish, cereal bar, and small water.

Well is not a fancy hotel but good for some vacations days to enjoy the city. They provide grab and go breakfast too. So I can come back!! The staff is very kind and nice!

My stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The amenities advertised online, like a restaurant, shuttle to Times Square and continental breakfast, were non-existent. The room was dirty, with food crumbs under the bed and even a fake nail behind the nightstand. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and we were provided with only 2 small pillows per bed. To top it off, a fire alarm rudely woke us at 8 am, with zero staff guidance or help during the evacuation. The breakfast 'to-go bags' contained cheap, unhealthy items. The management's lack of apology and refusal to offer any form of compensation for the numerous issues encountered made this stay utterly unacceptable.

The fire alarm went off at 7 in the morning. No one apologized. And it was for someone putting pancakes in the microwave.
