Nice hotel worth what you pay for
The hotel is clean. There is a bus stop right across the front entrance from which you can take to NYC. You can get the bus tickets at the vending machine. There is also a bus to American Dream. The hotel does not se hire enough staff for service. We needed to get a clean bath towel and was told to pick up at the front desk. One draw back was that it was hard to plot through the complex road system nearby when driving back from American Dream Mall particularly at night. The breakfast was pretty good and there are lots tables to accommodate guests. The parking lot was spacious with three floors.

Planning an NYC trip? This is a great alternative to staying in the city. We stay here and drive 10 mins into Hoboken to park and take the PATH into the city. It's a much cheaper option than driving in. The hotel itself is satisfactory. We primarily just sleep there and for that it checks the boxes. I wouldn't book here expecting to be wowed by the location, grounds, rooms or service. It's good and I have never left unhappy. But if a more upscale stay is your preference, I would look elsewhere. Check in and service while on site was good. No complaints. They now offer complimentary breakfast which was a nice change from their previous model of paying for it. Standard hotel food. Edible but not like a good restaurant. I'll continue to stay here when we travel up to NYC. Its good enough and allows us to see the city at a much cheaper price point.
