Fantastic location for buses to New York City. The rooms are good but bathroom needed renovation. Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Staff very friendly

The hotel is ok if you don't mind old things, the staff are wonderful, the location is great, close to NY, 4 mins from the American Dream mall, the breakfast is very good, the beds are comfortable, but the sofa bed is terrible to sleep on if you need to use it. The hotel needs some updating, the bathtub is very old, some places need some painting because the hotel itself is very nice

Toilet flusher broke, no in room phone for service (fixed it our self didn’t wanna waste time), 3 outlets weren’t working, ice machine wasn’t working on any floor, keycard stopped working after 1 use we had to keep going down to front desk (rented 2 rooms both were doing the same thing)
