I have been staying at Tropicana for many years, 30 . The last few times I have stayed it is very noticeable, the deterioration and dated rooms. Rooms are not clean and the linens appear dirty, grey….. This is very disappointing since I always loved staying at The Tropicsna and felt safe and comfortable.

Worst place I’ve ever attempted to stay at! First of all, I can’t even begin to tell you how gross the room was! I have to skip all the dirty details because it would take up too much space! Second and most important, THE PLUMBING WASN'T WORKING! Being the nice person I am, I called the front desk to give them the chance to move us to clean and working room - the girl at the front desk said they would send an ENGINEER up! Needless to say … we left! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

Lady that checked us In Was incredibly rude. Military discount should have been applied but because they didn’t add it to the checkin before we got there she would not honor it. Military discount should be honored at all times. Especially for a veteran who served several tours in Afghanistan and has full disability retirement. Hotel and staff should be ashamed of their themselves. Electrical outlet in room 1199 doesn’t even work.

Room in bad shape -- remote did not work, hair dryer did not work and we had no heat the second night. One electric outlet barely hanging on the wall; the other you couldn't plug anything in. As far as the super bowl parties at the hotel, we tried finding info over 2 weeks before. No one knew anything. Phone customer service were all foreign -- couldn't understand them once they started talking after intro. Doubt I will ever stay at this property again.

Property was very dirty and out dated. Spider webs, dirty walls and doors. Poor lighting in rooms. this place is stuck in time and has done no improvements to its property in years. Very disappointed as we used to love coming and staying here.
