The staff so incredibly helpful. Nadia is the absolute best! My family and I visited from NY for a birthday celebration and we were accommodated to the upmost. I was even contacted after check out when we left behind our keys. Great for walking to museums and small cafes.

Property had everything we needed but the temperature in the room was too hot. No heating was on and when reported nothing seemed to be done. The windows open too far to be safe with youngsters around. Otherwise great location and having the means to prepare meals was brilliant.

Rooms are very cramped. Hardly had any sleep because you couldn’t control the heat. First room we were given was in a bad state of disrepair, second room offer was so cramped you had a real job getting around the bed

Our sofa was broken the first night but they came and replaced it the next day with an even better sofa bed.

Nice apt, but some shabby bits. Sofa was stained and had cigarette burns on it. Worst thing was the noise! No insulation on the windows at all so it was impossible to sleep. My room was on the ground floor which wouldn’t have helped. Also windows really were not secure either so that was a bit of a worry.
