The hotels convenient location to Terminal 5 is incredible. Literally a 5 minute walk from the baggage arrival area to the hotel

We loved the convenience and the quality of the lodging- clean,quiet and modern. Very up to date facilities. Food in the bar was good, service quite good. Did not like the difficulty of finding the walking entrance to the hotel. Google maps took us from the arrival area after customs on a very roundabout route that would have required a car. We were walking in the road etc. If you book this hotel realize you have to access the walkway from the 1st floor of the parking garage (that would be “second floor” by US convention).

We stayed overnight after landing at Terminal 2 and taking the train to Terminal 5. It was excruciatingly hard to find the hotel and there is absolutely nothing helpful on the hotel's website. The person who checked me in was gracious enough to upgrade our room, but I was really angry by the time I got to the check in counter. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put helpful and clear instructions on the website about how to find the gangway from Terminal 5. It really put me in a bad mood when it took so much effort and wrong turns to get there.
