Lovely stay
We really enjoyed our stay but the shower was cold on 2 consecutive days, also, clean the external of the windows, it will make the view much more enjoyable. Jordan on the bar was great. We really loved the hotel and would stay again but a warm shower is not good enough hence the 4 stars.

Stayed here for a single night and it will most certainly be the last one. I have no clue how this property accumulated 4 stars nor how it accumulated so many positive reviews. The Pros: 1) right near City Hall in case that’s needed for a trip 2) restaurant onsite with great bar staff 3) friendly desk staff for checkin 4) the garden was a nice touch The Cons: 1) the windows are not sound proof so you hear every single siren and noise at night 2) the door also is so thin you hear all noise outside as well 3) one bank of elevators that take forever. I waited 20 minutes 4) outside is not as great as it used to be, adjacent to this are areas lined with tent cities…. And tons of homeless around the property 5) the right side of my bed reeked of pee. Yes PEE! I called when I discovered it before going to sleep and no one picked up. The desk agent was kind enough to take care of my valet parking for me from the inconvenience but seriously… yuck 6) zero streaming services on tv and they were incapable of live streaming from phone either. Not a terrible thing for a 2 star hotel but 4? Seems misplaced. 7) the bar staff were amazing but the food was terrible. I ordered the most expensive thing on the menu—the steak—and don’t recommend. The sides were burnt and the steak was just so chewy and yucky.

The hotel and the garden was very nice. The only bad thing is the elevators are very slow. We stayed on the sixth floor and would have to wait more than 5 minutes for the elevator.

Overall neat and clean property, with great walking distance to Little Tokyo for excellent food. They have a beautiful garden on the ground floor, which I highly recommend visiting. No specific complaints, everything was fine.

we found the room do not have a walk in shower as it described on the web, instead it was a shower in the tub, then the drain won't drain water fast enough, have to turn off the water so I won't have to stand in a pool of water, we asked to change room, again we have a tub but at least water drain fast enough that we don't have to trun off water during shower in the 2nd room, but some electric outlet was not working, the room was chipping her and there, showing lacking maintenance, very disappointed at a Hilton facility
