Everything from check in to check out was smooth and effortless (please thank the front desk Receptionist). The room was small, but beautiful and very well cleaned (thank the housekeeper, please). Bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Food and beverage was more expensive than I'd prefer, but coming from the TAO Group and being in Hollywood, I suppose it's expected. Overall, it was a 5 star experience and the location is perfect for tourists and locals alike.

Not quite a dream. Thermostat did not work and not fixed after advising management. Noise from nearby club was nerve shattering until after 2am. Hotel provided ear plugs (branded) so must be common issue. No decaf coffee in the morning. Shower floor tile extremely slippery and a safety hazard. On the surface the hotel looks very good, below the surface many issues. Manager was apologetic and professional in listening to our complaints.
