Please do not come to this hotel to go to bed early. This is a party hotel, complete with rooftop bar and pounding music. It's a fun place to spend time and go to bed late. The rooms are comfortable and decorated in a quirky style.

Food & hotel service along with valet was awesome :) Thank you. The only downside were the restroom…the water pressure is very low when you take a shower & adjusting the water from cold to warm takes some time, overall great experience.

From start to finish the staff made us feel welcome and safe. We met quit a few staff members during our week stay and all were very kind and helpful to us during our week long stay. Really clean and cool room and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Style over substance
Looks cool, but some of the design choice are very puzzling, especially the signature lamp that's arching across the entire room and blocks the only walkable area of the room and can't be moved. The sink looks cool, but also very questionable in terms of usability.

It was clean and the room was nice. But it was so noisy at all times. You could hear employees in the morning through the vents and then loud music at night. I wouldn't stay here again, which is a shame because if they focused on improving the noise issue and didn't brush it off as "part of the experience" (there are tons of reviews I should have seen beforehand on google about it being too noisy and they brush it off each time) it would be a really cool hotel. They're literally obsessed with the roof top bar and bringing in djs and don't care about the hotel aspect.

Our room was perfect for our stay, and the building felt extremely safe and kind. We had some issues checking in but the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and worked with us to make sure we got in. Every time we arrived at the hotel throughout our stay we were greeted and welcomed at the door. Any issues we had whatsoever were immediately fixed by the staff, and we honestly had an amazing time here. The noise complaints from other reviews had us a little worried, but after spending a week here, we had no issues whatsoever. It was exactly the noise level you could expect from an apartment downtown, with muffled voices or sirens, but nothing that would interrupt our sleep or our stay.
