I enjoyed the ambience the stay offered to my friend and I. Its close proximity to Grand Central Market and other notorious locations in DTLA provided much convenience without having to drive too far. However, the cleanliness could be improved as I found a poop stain in the toilet bowl before I used the toilet, leftover stains next to the sink, and a hair ball on the bathroom floor. My experience would have been much greater if I had not seen these my first night of my stay. Everything else aside from the cleanliness was great but not too sure if it is enough to let me visit again.

First time staying here, liked the digital entrance. Walking into our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned, I was disappointed thinking it was the start of a lousy experience but I called customer service and within minutes we were moved to another room. This was greatly appreciated, the staff was super friendly and courteous. The area can be a little sketchy but it’s convenient for attending basketball game. The rooms are beautiful! We will be staying here again.

Hotel it self was great, just know that if you are a light sleeper you will have trouble with all the noise from outside, they do provide ear plug so that helps. Parking was a bit of a hassle, the staff was not very knowledgeable about where to park over night so we had to drive around for a while trying to find something and the only one around was $30 for overnight.
