Customer service lacking. Rude staff.
Guest services would not answer the phone at the front desk. Called multiple times. The phone rang non stop for 20 minutes. Rude and condescending front desk associate when I had to leave the room and go to the front desk to request the extra bedding that was requested at booking and upon arrival that never showed up. The individual at the front desk interrupted me multiple times while speaking, rolled his eyes at me, and offered no timeline to get the items that I requested. Frustrating to be treated rudely and brushed off when you bring up your concerns after spending hundreds of dollars for a hotel room.

It's an annual stay for me.
We stay here yearly, and they have finally finished the major renovations. There is a nice bar and indoor pool on the 30th floor and an excellent restaurant on the main level. Ate there twice this time. Walking distance to almost everything you'd want downtown, huge rooms. I will be here again next February.
