We are very disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit and the hallways. There was hair all over the toilet upon check-in, the floors were filthy, the walls banged up, and the fridge looks like it was full of greasy fingerprints. Hallways were full of trash that remained there throughout the stay.

The rooms are so spacious; we loved the full kitchen, large bedroom, and bathroom and large closet. It was very quiet and only a mile from everything! Loved it, and would stay again.

Flying 2 night visit to Nashville. The property had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Quite, clean,friendly, well looked after. Spent most of my time Downtown which is about 20 minute walk. I used uber. I would stay again.

We were given our code to our roomvia text and email went to our room, and there was someone else in the room! That person (same FIRST name) had went to desk, said their name and the desk agent didn't check id just "ohb your already checked in, here's your code again" and sent them to my room., They then had to send us to a different room, which smelled awful, sewage back up and mold, they said please stay in the room maintenance will be up to fix it, we said we have plans, they said they can't fix it with us in the room, so we waited and waited 4 hours calling and waiting NO MAINTENANCE, 9pm feeling sick and nauseous went down and demanded a new room, (rude FDrsk lady) smurkeds thought it funny, but had no rings or type at this point and had to downgrade us! At 9pm missing our plans already we just wanted to get unpacked, we moved yet again. This next room was dirty, the sheets were clean that's about all...... next morning i went back to desk, sweet lady Joy worked magic and was able to get us the right room later that day.... switch yet again, mind you still no manager had called me or talked to me yet as they don't come in on weekends..... this room was great though thank you joy! 4th room and wasted an entire evening of our trip ......... MONDAY MORNING i was finally able to talk to a manager, who did her best to make a crummy and avoidable situation better, had the person just checked id for safety! There was more but that's the snapshot

NEVER AGAIN
The noisiest accomadations I've ever set foot in, everytime a toilet in the building flushed I could hear it. The room is industrial with the main waste pipe running across the ceiling over the bed. Deluges of waste water running through the pipe was NON STOP. At one point, I went to the garage (I was told to omit the price per night by HOTELS.COM, which you don't find out until they call you for a CC over the phone...sketch) and slept in my car for 2 hours promptly leaving at day break. The noise from the elevator, the entry doors, and garage security gate all slam close and raddle through the sterile hallways. To top it off, the shower curtain had blood or feces (your choice) stains, and the countertops throughout had a weird film on them like someone sprayed a cleaner and never wiped down. This was a business trip, if you value sleep, comfort, and sanity, be warned DO NOT stay here. This was booked through Hotels.com, I originally booked this room for 2 nights and tried to cancel and they would not let me per policy. I will no longer use the Hotels.com as this is the third time I've needed to reschedule or move a booking and they would not accommodate. You can keep the BS OneKey rewards for all my stays, this was the last straw.
