No Water - 3 hotels in 4 days :(
When we arrived we were informed of a water main burst on our floor so the entire building was without water and we were moved to a different Hyatt hotel. They thought they had the water fixed so we were instructed to come back to the Hyatt House and turns out the water was not fixed. We stayed there one night with no water and then were bounced to another hotel. Hyatt reassured us that our stay would be 100% refunded - but we need to wait for Hotels.com to process the request.

Pipes broken. Would have been fine but ended up having to move 3 times during a three night stay. Each time getting a worse room. We Should get a one night credit as we booked through Expedia but I’ll believe it when I see it.

The water went out and there wasn’t very good communication on our options. They put us up in another hotel after complaining for one day and they couldn’t figure out the second day. It wasn’t very well organized.

We were without hot water starting at 8pm our first night. And starting at 9am the next morning NO WATER. We were kept being told 2 more hours. At 4:30 they gave us a voucher for another hotel 6 blocks away. NO TRANSPORTATION to the new hotel. We walked half a mile with our suitcases.
