Beautiful building with a nice amenities look pool and outdoor fireplace on the rooftop. Common areas to hang out. Good location in the Gulch and a 20 minute walk to broadway. Lots of options for working out, eating and shopping in walking distance.

Beds are very uncomfortable, had to sleep on the couch. We actually left our reservation a day early because it was so bad. LOTS of construction and noise starting very early. No proper curtains on the windows so you get the early sun if you want it or not. Building is right beside a main highway so you alway have the noise of traffic.

None of us slept, because those were THE hardest beds any of us had ever laid on. Got up in pain. We actually left a day early because we wanted to get to where we could actually sleep. Noise from interstate was horrible. Couldn’t use the ceiling fan in bedroom at night, because the light string was gone. So there was no way to turn off light without turning off fan and the thermostat was limited on control. The staff that we had any dealings with were nice, but after no sleep for 2 days we just couldn’t take any more.

Nice but not quite there.
No person to person contact. The flat was made up for two when reservations were for three. About 2 tablespoons of shower gel for three people for 3 days. Not enough bedding for sleeper sofa, no instructions or options for contact to resolve. I contracted someone through hotels and a sheet and a blanket was delivered and TV remote fixed same day. A really nice property which doesn't know how to do hotel type amenities.
