Great location! The bar was great with fantastic service. Room was huge and clean, but the walls were very thin and it was never cleaned in the 3 days there.

Staff was great, bed was great, location was convenient. The aesthetic was pleasing. Did have a few small problems though. The floors were annoyingly creaky, so loud it was over the tv. Our window covering fell on us while in the bed. This window covering is a 60-70lb 4ft by 10ft piece of plexiglass. Landed right on top of us thankfully not hitting us in the head which could have easily made someone unconscious, but did hit our kneecaps, it was reported. Our reservation said there would be a tub but we didn’t have one and our fridge also didn’t work. Our room main light didn’t work either. Other than that, our stay was comfortable but we didn’t spend much time at the hotel because it was located within 15 minutes of everything you could want to walk to. Parking was also close and safe for an additional charge.

Hotel has a swanky, dim lit, whiskey vibe. Local artists art on the walls and an adjoining cafe and restaurant (both are delicious). Room service is lack luster, don’t pay for a “window” room because window does not guarantee a view and in this case it’s a view of a brick wall. Bathroom shower is amazingggg. Bring your own shower supplies. Mini fridge isn’t cold so no left overs here.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk upon our arrival and we waited around 10 minutes and the line was growing behind us but check in was easy once the clerk arrived.

Turn down service came and took our towels, but left us without any new ones. When we asked for towels for our room when we got in that night, we were told we needed to go down to the lobby to get them. And when we did they gave us a bath mat and hand towel and said it was all they had. Not much the lobby person could do there I suppose, but c'mon.

Fell short, but they have potential
Unfortunately, we dealt with a lot of mishaps due to the poor management. We arrived early (at 1pm) and decided to see if we could check in early. I was greeted by Raven, who was great! She had excellent customer service and although she couldn’t check us in she pre-checked us in and told us she’d text when a room was available. Check in was at 4. We took the recommendations of the gentleman that held our luggage and strolled down the street for some amazing oysters and inexpensive drinks. We returned to the hotel at 4pm by then the lobby was packed. No one could be checked in and there was no explanation. We saw a plumber with a snake, fan and other things go through the lobby. We checked in at 6:30 and was comped 40$ for the restaurant and our parking for both days. A nice gesture by the ladies. The restaurant was good, definitely could be better with some direction. No drinks because the bartender was “out of commission”.
