I highly recommend this hotel and location. Every single employee was incredible. Super friendly, outgoing and helpful with any question I had. They all deserve a raise! Will definately see you again on our next trip. :)

This property is being renovated and this should have been shared prior to booking. There was construction noise directly overhead including on weekend days and there were water restrictions on some days. Also no luggage storage. Prior email said hotel was “newly enhanced” which stretches the truth. This reflects poorly on the reliability of Expedia listings. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew there would be weekend construction noise.

They gave away our room!!!!! I called around 5 pm to confirm, we traveled 5 1/2 hours, and they sent us to an overcrowded hotel that’s took us 1 1/2 hours to check into and that took us 3 hours to check out of the next day wasting half the day. We all ended up sick after all this.

We arrived at midnight to find out that there was no room at the inn. Rooms under renovation were reserved. They knew up until the day of our arrival that they did not have enough rooms for people, yet did not inform us. We were moved to a hotel about a mile away. The room was smaller than the one we had reserved and had one less bed than we needed. The heating unit sounded like a turbine all night long.

We had a shower that leaked and left water all o er the floor. Reported twice but nothing was done. Stayed three nights but no one ever came to clean or make the bed.
