I prefer a more complete breakfast than just bagels and pastry. Every time we put up our ‘DO NOT DISTURB’ sign it was always on the walkway. The last night, the sign completely disappeared.

This is the third time staying here and the tv signal never works. They tell you upon arrival that they have a problem with the signal but I think owners are just being cheap and don’t want to pay for cable.

Extra lock on the door didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Our rooms tv didn’t work. Got woken up in the middle of the night by someone getting locked out of their room by significant other they were banging on door window for about an hour and nobody did anything. Will never stay here again.

Upon checkin we were told that the Television in the room they were assigning us didn’t work. I told the receptionist that I like to watch Tv and prefer to be in a room where it woks. We were assigned a different room. When my husband went to take a shower, the shower didn’t work. I called the front desk I was told that he would come check it out. I told him we had somewhere to be and if he can just give me a different room, I even told him the one without a working Tv would be better than one with no shower. He told me he had just given it to someone else so he had no more rooms and would come check out the shower. He c as me yo the room and verified that it wasn’t working and miraculously has a room to move us to.
