Excellent room, except that it was a handicap-accessible room located as far as possible from the elevator. I can barely walk, so to have to walk that far from the elevator to my room was difficult. I'll know not to ask for the handicap-accessible room next time. However, that was my only complaint. Otherwise, it's fine.

Everything is clean, convenient and comfortable The staff is friendly and there to help. Just ask. I have my dog with me and requested a first floor room, I got it. It is also near an exit and my car is right by the exit door. Very convenient.
