The Space:
The home has three bedrooms with a bonus office room with a futon bed. The home has a total of 5 beds & three bathrooms. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and mini-fridge. The two other bedrooms are upstairs and have two twin sized beds in each, and there are two hall bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs. There is also a private office room with a futon, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard and patio.
Guest Access:
The guests are able to access all of the home and yard. There is a detached garage unit in the back that is not available to guests and has a separate entrance. Parking up to 1 vehicle in the driveway and 1 for street parking.
Backyard ADU: Please note there is another home in the back. They do not use the yard space and the backyard is private for guests, however, there is a back door to the unit that can be seen from the backyard from the Airbnb. This is a long-term tenant and they give guests their privacy. Thanks for your consideration!
DISCLOSURES:
1. SLEEPING COUNT/VISITORS: We have a maximum amount allowed on the property per our short-term rental permit, being 9 guests max. No unregistered guests allowed on the property. Please communicate with us directly for additional visitors coming on the property for approval. If an unauthorized party takes place, fees will apply & you will be asked to vacate property. Thanks in advance :)
2. NO SPEEDING: Please drive slow in the neighborhood and watch for children.
3. TRASH CANS: We ask guests put their trash in the trash cans outside. Thanks for your consideration. Please note, we allow 2-3 bags of trash to be left at the home if a shorter stay. Anything over that amount please take with you or a trash fee will be applied to your reservation.
4. SMOKING: Strict no smoking property. Do not smoke anywhere on the premises or in the driveway.
5. RESPECTFUL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD: At no point during the duration of the stay should noise carry beyond the property & disturb the neighbors (Sound is amplified by the closeness of houses, so please minimize noise at night) Please do not move vehicles around late in the evening over excessively or hang out in driveway at night. Please keep windows closed in evening as sound carries. Thank you!
