This is my go to hotel whenever I'm at Belmont area - clean, near great restaurants, friendly staff. I love that they also improved laundry services via the Shinepay app - very convenient.

TERRIBLE
Awful experience! Checked into my reserved room around 11pm. Left and returned around 2am, going to sleep around 2:30 am. Awoken at 6:30 am to continuous noise for ONE HOUR above my room. I'm not sure if I was underneath housekeeping or maintenence or what but there is no excuse for such noise. I finally fell asleep around 8am and the noise started again for another hour! Like someone running back and forth above me. I called the front desk and explained what happened and was just told "we're sorry about that", but no offer of resolution or compensation. I asked if I could extend my checkout by one hour to get more sleep and she told me "we can give you 30 more minutes". This is BS. $150 for a night of awful, noisy, interrupted sleep! If you choose to stay here, DO NOT STAY IN ROOM 117!
