As you enter this elegantly restored duplex home, you'll immediately feel a sense of old-world craftsmanship with new-world luxury.

Gleaming hardwood floors and exposed brick walls blend seamlessly with cozy, modern furnishings. The living room offers royal blue sofas and a wall-mounted HDTV for an evening's conversation and entertainment.

In the kitchen, the gleaming stainless steel appliances, pristine white cabinets, and dramatic black solid-surface counters will tempt the family chef into creating culinary delights to share with the group. That's easy to do here with abundant counter space and plenty of storage for all your groceries and goodies.

The formal dining room with an exposed brick wall is reminiscent of yesteryear, when the entire family gathered around for the evening meal, talking about their day and planning for tomorrow. Your family can bring back that tradition!

When the day is done and it's time for a restful night's sleep, you'll have your choice of 5 lovely bedrooms to choose from.

Downstairs is a bathroom with a tub/shower in the common area, and a main floor Bedroom, featuring a king-size bed.

Upstairs are 4 additional bedrooms, sleeping a total of 12 guests. Configuration is as follows:

Shared among these four bedrooms are two additional baths. The first bath offers a walk-in shower, while the second features a tub/shower.

All baths come complete with shampoo, conditioner, soap dispensers, and plenty of plush towels.

Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage on the petite porch, while taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

For our guests' convenience, we also provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a high chair and playpen.

Now let's not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be a 10-minute drive to the St. Louis Arch and downtown.

Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues are both within a 10-minute drive from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!

Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett's Wine Bar.

Lastly, for the outdoorsy person, Forest Park has a little bit of everything! Dine at the boathouse and rent paddle boards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, and go see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC) so there is plenty to explore.
