Why the unnecessary hassle
I was a little disappointed in the hotel. I’ve stayed there in past and lived nearby so would meet friends there. It is amount the the most expensive hotels in St. Louis and would expect that level of performance. The bar personnel were friendly and efficient the desk people not so much. Check in went ok but when I got to the room I found the phone on the desk along wit the charger did not work. On my way to the bar I. Stopped and asked the desk to get it fixed and borrow a charger. The female clerk was not able to anything because they did not have a charger for my I phone but she would get maintainence to look at it. Got back from dinner and still no charger. Called desk and male clerk informed me that none of the chargers in the hotel worked but if I came down he would get me one. He was not able to have delivered. At your price level one would expect the hotel to inform you that the chargers don’t work and offer an alternative, at check in. Why the unnecessary hassle?
