A wonderful experience!!!!
Everyone in the hotel and casino from Mike at the front desk to the waiter in the Beerhouse to the young man who was our dealer on the blackjack table - EVERYONE was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to us. My husband needed a wheelchair and Mike at the front desk along with the security guard in the casino was so accommodating. Mike at the front desk helped me secure the wheelchair, ensured my request for a room near the elevator was made available to us snd had fresh towels sent to the room when I called the front desk. He exemplified the professionalism and warmth that was extended to us by everyone we came in contact with at the hotel and casino during our 3-day stay. We will definitely return and have begun telling everyone about this jewel of a destination.
