Overlook Main St. in this 2 bedroom owners suite!

Come enjoy the perfect getaway spot. You will enjoy river front views, popular shops and restaurants, night scene (all within walking distance), and you are minutes away from Ameristar Casino. Please keep in mind we are surrounded by a nightlife atmosphere with live music that can be heard during the evening. This large owner's suite has the perfect flow from the living room to the kitchen and beautiful views overlooking Main St. The bedrooms both have a King bed in them and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Come stay and enjoy all that Main Street has to offer!

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.

Stay in St. Charles
The location, apartment, and property manager were all great. I would recommend letting future customers know this property is directly across the street from a night club. If you are planning for a relaxing place for you family to stay, the weekend is not the time/place to stay here. The music was sooo loud we could not even watch tv in the apartment or go to sleep until the club closed for the night.

A Noisy Stay - Night Club directly across the street
This is the most conflicting review I've ever written. Great unit, perfect location, charming town. However, if you're staying there from Thursday to Sunday, please plan to be affected with a high level of noise in your living room until 2 am. The Club across the street closes at 1:30 am, but you have to wait until the crowd leaves. We all remember those days. The bedroom is actually worse since it's upstairs. I can't understand how this hasn't been brought up prior to our booking or I would have chosen differently. If you're staying Sunday - Thursday morning then this is a great place! If you like to wear noise cancelling headphones to sleep, this may also work for you during a weekend stay. They did offer another place for our last two nights, but the overview said it was above a bar so we assumed we would have the same problem. This is ran by a property management team and they were trying out a new system so instead of sending directions through VRBO, they sent emails and texts from two different numbers. Very confusing. I was disappointed that I had to follow up after waiting a week for a response and they told me to send it to the other number and I still never received a response until I called. Overall, a wonderful trip, but a difficult stay.

Nice little place and close to shops and restaurants. Defiantly need to note that we stayed on the weekend and the night club across the streets music is just as loud in the bedrooms. Don’t plan on sleeping until 1:30 AM.

We stayed a couple nights for a convention and truly enjoyed this place. It was very clean, check in was easy and close to about anything downtown one would want to visit. The owner was responsive with every question and the check out was easy as well.
