Get snuggly watching a movie on the flatscreen cable TV, or choose a family-friendly DVD from the DVD library. An Xbox 360 will keep the gamers entertained! A CD player and high-end audio system throughout the home will keep you plugged in to your favorite country music, while WiFi will keep you connected to work if it beckons.

The full kitchen is where the magic happens. Treat your guests to Tex-Mex brisket tacos, tortilla soup, or chili - just don't forget the queso dip! The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
