The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The navigation from the car garage to the hotel was a bit more difficult being on the second floor of the garage. Our kitchen sink faucet handle was completely broken upon our arrival and the carpet had things on it from the previous guest, but otherwise the room was very nice and comfortable.

Excellent location and staff!
We traveled to Pittsburgh for a long weekend/girls getaway. The Homewood Suites was easy to find with parking included (for a fee). Garage has limited spaces, but overflow into lot next to hotel. Our interaction with hotel staff was always pleasant and they were very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was nice with a few choices. Plenty of varied seating options. A gym and indoor pool are also available for use at this property. Our room was large enough for two adults. The kitchen is small but functional with a full sized fridge, 2 burner cook top, microwave, sink, and dishwasher. Also, a small table with one chair. Our room came with adequate dishes, pots, silverware, and dish towels. We however had no dish soap (manual or dishwasher) to clean our dishes. The living room had beautiful large windows with a view of downtown and the Allegheny river. Seating for three and an ottoman/coffee table. The furniture was functional, not terribly comfortable though. The two queen beds were wonderful! Comfortable and cozy with pillows and warm blankets. The bathroom had the toilet and shower separate from the vanity/sink area. This worked well with two ladies getting ready in the morning! The large closet and dresser helped to keep us organized and not “living out of suitcases.” A desk was also provided in the bedroom. Overall, excellent location and staff! We would definitely stay here again. Just a few blocks from the strip district and a block from the Heinz history center
