"I was traveling with a service dog, and the staff assigned us a ground floor room with patio doors. This made entering and exiting the room much simpler for us. I appreciate the thoughtfulness that they displayed in that aspect.
However. There was no ice available on the ground floor or on the second floor. If you wanted ice you had to go to the third floor. I think that housekeeping must have been interrupted when they cleaned our room before we arrived. There were several items I had expected to be in the room, but I had to go get those for myself. Towels, washrags, soap, ice bucket, etc. The room WAS CLEAN, but the finishing details had been forgotten.
Oh, and the telephone didn't work. I did report that to the ladies at the front desk but it was not resolved during my stay.
I was pleased with the location and the actual cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and promptly helped get the items I requested. If I were going to stay in the area again, I would consider staying at this hotel. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. "
