"Booked a King room but when checked in it was a double queen. No breakfast due to COVID but still advertised on your website.
Asked for a Handicap accessable room but was given a room upstairs. In order to get to it had to go up the BROKEN stairs, across the balcony with the yellow tape because it too was broken.
Room itself had a table, with a broken leg, but no chairs.
Towels in room , 2 large towels, 2 small towels, NO washcloths. Tissue box was empty.
A nice touch was the cardboard christmas tree air freshener on the back of the bathroom door, (the kind you normally hang from your mirror in a cheap car).
Lets just say - disappointed........"
