The best part about the stay was the staff. They are great and good to talk to. Very nice. However the hotel was not that clean there were dead bugs in a few areas like the gym... corners of rooms. There was left over food in the refrigerator of our room so it was clear that they did not clean out the refrigerator. Overall it could’ve just been cleaner. One of the elevators did not work so that was a bit inconvenient once everyone was trying to get back to their rooms. The hallways were not well ventilated so there was odor at times in the hall ways and they were also very warm. The stay was fine however all of these things could have contributed to a better stay.

Great location. However, we received 2 towels for 4 guest in the room. When I went to get more towels all they had was floor towels. 2 Towels for a 2 night stay and for guests?! The pool are had no towels either, they told my husband to use the towels from our room!

The room was spacious and clean. The only issue is we had to constantly request towels and wash cloths.

I had no problems with the reservation. Room was very clean although they only had a handicapped room available I had no problems with that. Staff was polite.

I picked the hotel because of the reviews and the location. I give very high marks to the staff for their helpfulness, friendliness & quick responses. I truly appreciated the follow-up call to make sure that I received whatever was requested. My room was nice and clean. I will definitely choose SpringHill Suites Shreveport-Bossier City again.
