The rooms weren’t clean I had dirty towel with make up and perfume on the towel rack. When dried face smelt strong odor. Nobody would answer front desk, room service or house keeping calls yet when went to front desk lady told me go back and call from your room so inconvenient to keep going downstairs with elevator constantly glitching.

We like the hotel overall. It’s convenient for what we are in town for. Our only concerns are; 1) like many hotels now, there is zero service to the rooms. We stay for several days and have single bottles of shampoo, etc and no fresh towels. That’s a Covid era cop out. 2) the shower needs attention 3) some or the staff are superb but some are not. They seem above being courteous. I’m sure Management knows who they are yet don’t deal with them.

This was my second stay at Bally's and the first time was a good experience. The rooms are big and normally beautiful, however this stay had issues. Wall paper peeling off, spots on the walls, chipped furniture and hair sporadically placed in the bathroom made it feel a bit less comfortable. The biggest con for me is the distance from the front desk to the rooms and distance to the parking garage while navigating all your luggage. Given it's Shreveport area... Probably still one of the best. The staff was amazing
