Convenient location as right near the alpha mall. Service was good. Check in was quick. Rooms were definately not 5*. We had two rooms. 1615 had a leaning side table made from marble. I mean how ia that even possible. Breakfast was lush but service could have been quicker and more effecient. Would atay again due to location.

Upon checking into the Hyatt on March 13, I encountered issues such as poor front office reception, poor air conditioning in the lobby etc. With the exception of Preeti at the front desk who has a warm and welcoming smile, none of the other agents at the front desk seemed to care about us. I was very pleased to see that upon receiving my Expedia check in survey, the front office manager and Preeti met with me personally in order to understand my experience and find ways to improve! They listened carefully to my feedback and assured me that things will improve! Had it not been for Preeti who brought so much joy through her sincerity and warm smile, I would have probably decided not to stay there again! But I am very pleased with their responsiveness and must thank the entire hotel staff including check out experience for going out of their way to address my concerns!
