Room was not clean, toilet had diarrhea stains, shower had black mold, curtains on window had blood on it, also the sheets had sweat stains on them We complained and asked that our room be deep cleaned and told them we were in town for a funeral and we would be gone for about 5 hours and the manager She shonda said ok and explained that they only had one person cleaning and that the district manager was there helping. We got back to our room at 1130 at night and nothing was done. We spoke with Kathy who said oh man your room was never cleaned from before. Do not trust the stickers on the mirror that says this room was cleaned by Lysol products. It was sooo gross. They gave us one night for free, we won’t be back.

Nice room, everyone I met was friendly and had a smile! That's nice when you have been traveling and feeling tired. A variety of food for breakfast and pleasant staff. I will return.

Arrived at 4:30, room not ready. Checked us in under wrong name got to room it was wrong room. Charged credit card for wrong amount & had to call bank to have charges reversed. Management offered no comp.....just said Sorry for the mixup!

The facility is nice along with the amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was the old couch in our room.. Very uncomfortable and outdated..
