Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Very disappointed. We drive all tge way from Istanbul and we didn’t find our reservation even though I have the confirmation from hotel.com. Also it is hard to communicate with the hotel staff because they barely speak English.
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2018
