My wife and I and 2 kids stayed for a volleyball tournament in Albuquerque. Upon check-in, the room had only 2 towels and no blankets for the sofa bed. The toilet is loose and will likely come off the ring.
The shower has been remodeled, but the water does not get over lukewarm. There are no places in the shower to put shampoo soap, etc. The paint on the back of bathroom door was spill over from the wall. The shampoo and soap is enough for a single person to take 1 shower.
When we asked for more towels and a blanket from the front desk, they had none. Our son slept without a blanket. The chairs are dirty with food on the seat. The ironing board has caked-on food. Several outlets were not working.
The pool key card access does not work. Other hotel guests had to open the door to get in and eventually people opened the door with a trash can. Water in pool was freezing. Hot tub jets did not work. Lights in the back half of the pool did not work making it a safety issue and difficult to see. There were no towels in the pool, so we had to take the two towels we had from the room.
Kids were running around slamming doors late through the night. You can hear neighbors arguing, because the walls are thin.
Finally, when we asked if more towels were available in the morning, we were told that they were completely out and that we would have to wait until housekeeping came in at 9 (11am check out) to see if they could clean some. They did tell us they had blankets in morning …
