Very convenient quality hotel not far from the central train station and the things to do and see in central Amsterdam. My room was large and comfortable, albeit a bit dated. Breakfast restaurant was quite pleasant.

The hotel is very good situated in the city center, you cannot ask for more central location to everything. On all sides there is places to eat and places to buy what you need from travel items to groceries. The hotel is a very short 10 minute walk from train station and red light attractions. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast and other things available in the hotel are worth the stay.

I love Port Van Cleve but could not go due to the pandemic. I thought that Travelocity and Port Van Cleve would be sensitive to the matter but so far neither have. I lost over $500.00 due to not being refunded. I will have to reevaluate my loyalty to both if neither is willing to refund me. I have spent years using both and I am so sad at the moment.

Our room was huge! Staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage, while we killed some time awaiting check-in. When we returned shortly later, the clerk gave us vouchers to get a drink in the hotel bar. Great location. Work is being done to the outside of the hotel, but it did not affect our stay. Very quiet hotel.
